We encourage all those who have been diagnosed with cancer to attend for prehabilitation. You may not have heard of prehabilitation but it is an important step for those diagnosed with cancer.
These physio appointments are designed to assess your physical ability prior to cancer surgery or treatments which will give a baseline measure to compare with post-surgery.  Prehabilitation helps to prevent and detect potential side effects of cancer interventions.
